3. Inhale the dose. Turn away from the inhaler and breathe out.
4. Then place the mouthpiece in your mouth, close your lips around it, and inhale deeply.
5. Rinse your mouth with water after each dose to reduce the risk of developing thrush.
6. Do not swallow.
